How do I unsubscribe from the Mooch Newletter?
If you go to the bottom of the most recent newsletter received, you
will see a link called “Unsubscribe”. Click on this link and it will take you to a
page where you fill in your email address, and then you click the button
“Remove”. Your email address will then be removed from our mailing
list. Alternatively you can contact Mooch Clothing and ask a customer
service representative to remove your email address from our mailing list.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery can take between 3 and 10 working days.
The item I would like to buy is out of stock. How
long will it take to come back to stock?
Out of stock items usually take between 1 and 2 weeks, to sometimes a
month, depending on the item. You will be notified when the item is out of
stock, and the approximate time it will take to arrive. The rest of your order
will be delivered to you without delay, and the pending item will be sent out
to you separately, free of delivery charge.
How much does it cost me for postage when I order?
We have a flat postage fee of $9.95, regardless of how many items are
in the order, so it pays to take advantage, order up, and maximise
that postage fee!
