Customer Satisfaction
At Mooch, we stand behind the quality of our product, and we make
things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our deliveries are
carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event that you are
not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below;
1) Unfulfilled orders – With orders that cannot be
fulfilled, the purchaser will be notified as to when the item is due to arrive,
subject to the availability of the product purchased. Alternatively, a full
refund will be available as an option.
2) Returns and Exchanges – You may return an item
purchased on our Web site by mail to our warehouse address. Returns must be
arranged and pre-authorised, and pending an
inspection, a refund, credit or exchange will be issued to you for the value of
the item, subject to the item not having been worn. The valid and acceptable
reasons for returns constitute faulty quality or wrong sizing. We will not
accept returns on being “not happy with the purchase”, and we will
not accept returns on any item that has evidence of wash or wear.
Please keep the original
packaging and ticketing, as refunds, replacements and exchanges will only be
valid if you have the original packaging and ticketing of the item you have
either purchased or received. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items
that are not in the original packaging and if labels have been detached.
Delivery fees are
non-refundable. To return an item by mail, please phone our
office on 02 95195854 to arrange your return parcel.
When making a claim,

Time Frame to claim returns or
refunds – We can only accept a claim for faulty goods
received within 7 days of receiving the goods.
3) Incorrectly Addressed Orders – Please ensure that the address on your order
is correct. Otherwise, they will automatically be returned to Mooch and you
will be charged postage plus a $10 administration fee.
4) Postage fees – Please note that postage fees are
non-refundable unless merchandise is damaged or faulty.
